This paper offers practical tips and guidelines, that can be easily incorporated into our daily routine, helping us achieve a positive mindset and promoting healthy behaviours that will enhance our wellbeing. Irish people notoriously pioneer a negative attitude and often the glass tends to be half empty rather than half full. Evidently, people have a bitter attitude towards the success of piers, and complain about the public figures and leaders of our country. We mock and under-estimate ambitious people, and often we are ashamed to admit how ambitious we really are. Although we are realistic, we tend to complain a lot about our lives and our current circumstances, but do little or nothing to fix the circumstances that we find ourselves in. Ireland, a practical country, needs a fresh and optimistic mindset, that encourages our citizens to make a conscious effort to be less bitter and more positive. We as a nation, need a design campaign that encourages us that it is indeed healthy to practice positive thinking. Our mind is a powerful weapon. Positive thinking is a way of life, and a strategy that is practiced to combat personal issues.
